What this service is, and what it is not
For reference and entertainment: the BaZi and Zi Wei readings, and replies from the Ask FateWick guide, are generated from classical rules and algorithms. They are for personal reference, self-reflection, and entertainment.
Not professional advice: reports and suggestions cannot replace medical diagnosis, psychological counseling, legal advice, or financial advice.
Decisions are yours: any decision you make on the basis of a report or a guide reply — a job change, an investment, marriage, medical care — is taken at your own risk, and FateWick accepts no liability for it.
Digital product refunds
A paid reading is digital content generated on demand. Once payment succeeds and the report has been generated, the service has been delivered, and refunds are generally not provided.
Before you buy, check that the birth details you entered (year, month, day, hour, and sex) are correct; the report's accuracy depends on them.
Rules for the Ask FateWick online guide
Scope: the guide answers only within the territory of your chart and your report. AI-generated text can still be occasionally inaccurate or incomplete; treat it as reference.
Off-topic questions are refused: anything outside Chinese metaphysics, BaZi, Zi Wei, or your report — current events, programming, general chat — will not be answered.
Do not enter sensitive personal data: never send identity numbers, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other highly sensitive information unrelated to a reading.
Fair use: prompt injection, violent or sexual content, and automated flooding are prohibited. If an account is found to be abusing the guide, access to it is terminated immediately and without refund.
Age limits
This service is not for anyone under 13. If you are under 13, stop using it. Between 13 and 18, use it only with a guardian's consent and supervision. If you find unauthorized use by a minor, contact cs@fatewick.com and we will act on it promptly.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the algorithm logic, report layout, copy, and interface design — belongs to FateWick. It is protected by intellectual property law; copying, republishing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue part or all of the service at any time without prior notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be submitted to the Hong Kong courts.
