The classical method of cross-checking two charts, written out as rules you can see and test.
FateWick works from one rule: BaZi establishes the chart, Zi Wei confirms the timing, and the reading only speaks once the two agree. We do not improvise over a chart. We encoded the cross-check as software and run it on every chart.
The team combines researchers in classical Chinese metaphysics, software engineers, and editors. Their work is to turn classical rules into recommendations you can act on.
When the BaZi and Zi Wei charts disagree, the reading is re-checked rather than smoothed over, so the classical rules and the modern calculation stay in agreement.
The framework rests on four classical texts: Yuan Hai Zi Ping, Di Tian Sui, and San Ming Tong Hui for BaZi; Zi Wei Dou Shu Quan Shu for Zi Wei.
Chart layer: the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches, major life phases, and annual cycles are computed from an ephemeris, without hand calculation.
Check layer: every chart is cross-checked between BaZi and Zi Wei. When the two disagree, the reading is re-checked rather than smoothed over.
Output layer: terminology is written in plain English, each reading ends in steps you can act on, and every report carries a past timeline you can check.
Plenty of people now ask a general chatbot for a reading. The problem is that a language model has no chart of yours to work from. It can produce a fluent, confident story, and there is nothing in it to check.
FateWick works the other way around. The rules are written as code and run on your birth data first; the model explains what the engine has already computed. BaZi sets the structure, Zi Wei checks the timing, and when the two disagree the reading is re-checked. If a line cannot be traced back to the chart, it does not go in.
Readings are for reflection and do not constitute investment, medical, or legal advice. For major life decisions, consult a licensed professional.
